Volunteer blood donors urgently needed

Open Opportunity

Hope comes in all types

Instead of capes, today’s heroes wear masks for the safety of our community. That includes blood donors and staff at Nebraska Community Blood Bank who help ensure a stable blood supply during this pandemic.
The need for healthy donors is increasing as hospitals resume elective procedures. Making blood donation a habit is the best way to help maintain the supply. Please make an appointment to donate blood and support our local hospitals.

Join the fight against COVID-19
Nebraska Community Blood Bank continues to take extra precautions to keep donors and staff safe amid the pandemic, and is collecting COVID-19 convalescent plasma from eligible donors to help treat patients with severe infections. Please visit our website to learn more.
