Students who participate in Second-Year Edge will work with an interdisciplinary cohort of students to explore areas of interest. Second-Year Edge students will create a plan integrating different experiences to help prepare them for their chosen field. To accomplish this goal each student will enroll in a 1-credit hour seminar with a faculty fellow who will help the student develop a personalized plan to engage with different experiences on or off campus, such as Undergraduate Research, Education Abroad, internship opportunities, and other activities. Students will also participate in events outside the classroom to build relationships with their cohorts and faculty and staff across campus and enrich their learning experience.
